The Legend
Mjölnir is the legendary hammer of Thor, god of thunder. Forged by the dwarven brothers Brokkr and Eitri, it is said to be the most fearsome weapon in existence, capable of leveling mountains.
The hammer was created as part of a wager between Loki and the dwarven smiths. During its forging, Loki attempted to sabotage the process, which resulted in the hammer's notably short handle.
Despite this minor flaw, Mjölnir became the most powerful and famous weapon in Norse mythology, symbolic of Thor's might and used to protect both gods and humans from the forces of chaos.
